Products and Prices

We sell:
Membership to the members’ areas
Standard Membership £75.00 plus VAT at 15%
Premium membership £105.00 plus VAT at 15%

Delivery

Membership is automated on acceptance of your payment through PayPal.
Electronic goods such as downloads will be dispatched on acceptance of your payment through PayPal.
Physical goods will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

We offer a full no-quibble guarantee on all electronic goods (downloads and membership fees). If you are not happy with the product or service you obtain from us, you can notify us at customer.service@mypathfinder.com and obtain a full refund.
For physical products, we will accept returns for full refund on the condition that the item is returned in saleable condition, with packaging intact within fourteen days of receipt.

Membership

Membership of www.mypathfinder.comis for one year from the date of your original Signup. In the event that we withdraw the website or access to it for any reason, no refunds can be considered if a member has enjoyed at least nine months of the paid-for membership period. From time to time special offers may extend membership without additional charges, and this will be offered strictly on a complimentary basis and the extended term is considered to have been provided free of charge and no refunds can be offered if we foreshorten complimentary membership periods.

IHD will retain your contact information as supplied to us during Signup and during payment, including full details of your PayPal payment transactions.
We only use this information to serve you, inform you of news, views, products and services from the Institute of Human Development.
We will not give, sell or exchange your date with any third party other than as provided for in this document.
You will be able to cancel your membership at any time, automatically from your account page.
You will be able to control what electronic and other information we send you.

Required Information

To open a mypathfinder.com account, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to make certain payments through PayPal, you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. Either we or PayPal will ask you to choose two different security questions to answer (such as your city of birth or your pet's name). This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, protect you against credit card fraud and current account fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.

Website Traffic Information

Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave our website, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit while you are on the our site, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information to try to understand our customers' preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience with us.

For example, this means that if we conduct a fraud investigation and conclude that one side has engaged in deceptive practices, we can give that person or entity's contact information (but not bank account or credit card information without a court order) to victims who request it. Further, if false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies and law enforcement agencies may access and use this information. We and other organisations may also access and use this information to prevent fraud and money laundering. We and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies.
